Roof

Roofing & carpentry

Cut roofs and trussed rafters, plain tile and slate, lead valleys and flashings, roof windows, fascias and soffits.

Structure

Brickwork & blockwork

Facing brick, blockwork inner leaves, insulated cavities, lintels and padstones on houses and low-rise blocks.

Interior

Dry lining

Metal stud partitions, MF ceilings, fire-rated and acoustic linings, taping and jointing ready for decoration.

Floor

Floors & screeds

Beam-and-block and hollowcore ground floors, insulation, and pumped screeds laid over underfloor heating.

Whole plot

Shell & extensions

Ground floor to roof on individual plots and extensions, so you have one subcontractor to manage instead of four.

On site

Pumped screed over underfloor heating.

Edge strip and membrane down, heating loops pressure-tested, then the screed pumped and levelled in one visit. The finished floor is ready for the flooring contractor once it has dried out.

From tender to handover

  1. Tender

    Send drawings, specification or a bill of quantities. We price line by line and flag what’s missing.

  2. Mobilise

    RAMS, programme and labour plan issued before start, with CSCS-carded operatives inducted on day one.

  3. Deliver

    A named supervisor on site, daily progress records and valuations against the agreed schedule.

  4. Close out

    Snagging cleared, O&M information and photos handed over, ready for your sign-off.
